For wrong or defective items only please send a photo of the defect along with a description to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you resolve the issue or offer an exchange so that you can receive your desired product that you initially ordered. Defective or wrong products must be returned within 30 days in its original packaging, untampered, with security seal and or zip tag still attached.
Please understand that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair VOIDS the Product Exchange Policy. According to Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used because of hygienic reasons. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.
Do I have to pay for shipping of my exchange?
We do not provide shipping labels and all items returned to SASA Tresses Hair Extensions are done at the customer’s expense. For all orders, the exchange will be sent back to you free of charge for shipment of the exchanged item(s), unless you choose an upgraded shipping option upon checkout.
When will I receive my exchange items?
Please allow 48-72 business hours after your return to arrives at our returns center for processing. Once we have received, inspected and approved that the hair extensions are unopened, the security seal is intact, you will be issued a store credit to repurchase your desired color shade/length for exchange. To ensure that your exchange is correct, please order the color swatches that you think would be a better match to ensure the perfect exchange.
