US DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- We ship to US Domestic Territories Only
- Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday before 5:00 pm CST and are shipped from Dallas, TX via USPS.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will be shipped Monday morning unless it is a holiday.
- It may take 24-48 hours to process your order
- Once shipped, orders arrive within 4-7 business days
- Pre order items will arrive within 14-21 business days
- We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 24-28 hours to process the order and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.

SIGNING FOR YOUR SHIPMENT
A signature is required for all of our orders to be delivered to ensure safe delivery, no exceptions. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If you are not home upon delivery, you will need to pick it up from your local post office or call to schedule a redelivery by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). SHIPPING STATUS / DOMESTIC TRACKING
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 24-48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which may include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package (if applicable). Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered. All shipping addresses are verified through US Postal service, if you are unsure of your shipping address, please refer to USPS.com.
If we are unable to process your order due to incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
